No black people except a mention of Obama, and an entirely different kind of wedgie.

Thanks to a nudge from Clifton B., the blogger at Another Black Conservative, I won’t get off schedule in only my second week of this series. So, here’s the weirdest search query that led someone to my blog last week:

methods of panty torture

Usually, I can guess the post that the reader reached through the search, and in the vast majority of cases, I think the reader is quite disappointed in the result because it’s not what I think they were expecting to find. This time, I’m not so sure. This one had a little something for the reader whether (s)he is fixated on Abu Ghraib or is a fetishist of some other kind.

Like many bloggers, I am obsessed with my traffic (or lack thereof, depending on the week). The Wordpress statistics page tells me what search terms brought hits to my blog. Some of them are quite bizarre, and I’m prettty sure the reader was disappointed when they got to my blog, as the post the search leads to is usually something quite different than the search suggests.

I’d say there’s at least one truly bizarre search a week, often one a day. For this past week, it’s:

men giving wedgies videos

That returned 70,500 web results on Google. And someone was awfully patient; I went through the first 25 pages of results on Google and the first 5 or 6 pages of results on Bing, and I still didn’t run across a link to this blog. I figure the search probably led the reader to this post or this post.

Either one of which no doubt left him (or her) very disappointed.
